SX Video and SX Key

Hello,

I would like to know if it is safe to use the SX Key to update the firmware of Terry Hitt's SX video module. The video module has on board a 50MHz resonator.

Will this harm the SX Key?

    You can program the module with the resonator in place without any issues. You just can't use the debugger with the resonator in the circuit.

    Now, If the SX chip is being driven by a TTL clock osc module then that MUST be removed for both programming and debugging.
