help with 8 channel ADC and BS2 interface

Hello,

I am fairly new to microcontrollers and have just recently started using the BS2. I am hoping to interface 6 IR sensors with a MCP3208 ADC. I have read the "Nutz and Voltz" article on 12 bit ADCs but I am having trouble because the sample code supplied is for a single channel ADC and uses a BS1 (different syntax). I built the circuit schematic supplied in the "Nutz and Voltz" article but I have yet to test it.

Any additional articles or links that might be helpful for interfacing ADCs would also be appreciated. I already looked through the forum a good bit.
