Using a stamp to program AVR chips

I was just looking at the MOBO schematic and I realized, the MOBO can program AVR chips. The utility LOADAVR does exactly that. I was wondering if anyone at Parallax would release the LOADAVR code so I didn't have to re-inent the wheel.
