    OK, if i want to convert digital signal ( parallel) to PWM then how to do that??

    I don't know the answer to this. If it is possible, I don't think it would be easy.

    Get a Microchip PICkit 2 or 3 if you need to program a PIC. You get in-circuit debugging, as well.
