I am trying to do a few things with emc2 that are a little frustrating. http://www.electronicsam.com/images/KandT/testing/rotate1.png

I'd like to do a two point rotation, and make a "macro" to do the work. However, it seems to be a series of sequences,

1. Getting the current xy position requires the latest (unreleased) emc2 version

2. Getting emc2 requires git

3. compiling emc2 requires more understanding.

Are any forum folks familiar with some emc2 development and mods?

Well, here is a teaser. This allows me to touch off any straight point, and rotate. This would be handy for pcb milling.
