Know of an EEPROM rated to -55°C ?

Does anyone know of an EEPROM that will work with the propeller that is rated down to -55°C ?

We need to do -55°C to +125°C, and I've found some rated at -40, but I can't find any rated down to -55.

Let me know if you know of any.

This is military range.
Probably a call to a manufacturer will help you, it is unlikely that a big distributor stores mil standard compliant devices.

Although it's only characterized down to -40C, abs min operating temp is -55C. A call to their tech support might yield some insight on which operating parameters have to be relaxed to operate below -40C.

Yeah, we can only use a device with the "recommended operating temperature" from -55 to +125.
Absolute maximum cannot be considered for reliabilty reasons.

I'll keep looking.
