Cmucam3 - where to buy?

I am trying to find a place to purchase a cmucam 3 but none of the places listed in their web site has it available (including our own Parallax). I have seen posts here from Kye on the cmucam4 but I need something sooner than this summer. Any recommendations?

I was looking at the CMUcam.org website and noticed that the CMUcam is all open source. Models 1 and 2 use SX processors which are end of life, but if Parallax still has any in stock it should be possible to make one. Model 3 uses an ARM processor and the GNU tool chain, so that looks doable too.

However I prefer to DIY stuff that saner people will buy. So my idea of doable might strike others as a bit crazy. It usually strikes me as crazy after the fact too.
