Grounding Inputs with resistors

I am thinking about getting bussed resistor arrays ex. http://www.bourns.com/data/global/pdfs/4600x.pdf for the Propeller to put on the breadboard to either ground or pull all the inputs high. I would like the highest resistance possible so if I wanted to use a pin as output it wouldn't affect the output even with the resistor array on the I/O pin. What is the highest resistance I could use with resistor array on the Propeller to ground or pull high the I/O pins?

The input impedance of the propeller pins when set as inputs is very high so even 47K or 100K would work as pullups/pulldowns. I generally use 27K resistor networks as pullups/pulldowns unless there is a reason for using a lower or higher value.
