I checked a few profiles of the names listed - they all said January 1 was their birthdate - not likely!

That's probably a (non-exhaustive) list of people who did not declare a date of birth in their profile, making it default to 1/1/1801. My guess is that a glitch in the "Today's Birthdays" software overlooks the default condition. The only fly in the ointment is Lauren Davis (91), who may have inserted a bogus year as a joke.

Well I guess I took that day off last year. I don't remember that happening.

I often use a bogus date (always the same so I can remember it) with correct year on the web to prevent anyone getting my valid birthdate - used in too many real things to validate who you are.

I always put my birthday in as Jan 1 also. It is funny on facebook to get all these "happy birthday" message. LOL.
