A/D converter for Memsic 2125 on BS2

I'm wondering if someone can direct me toward the proper A/D converter to use with the Memsic 2125 on a BS2? I'd like to display the output from the Memsic on a LCD.

Also, to capture/convert/display both axis values, will I need two converters?

    You don't need A/D converters for the Mesmic 2125 on the BS2. You just need to read the pulses with the PULSIN command. you can read more here:
