Parallax BS2 and Prop software

Will BS2 and Prop software work on the small notebook computers using Android or Windows CE software. I am looking into something small and portable.

    You could use a Windows XP or Windows 7 netbook. I have a cheap, small Acer Aspire One netbook that uses Windows XP and all of the Parallax software runs on it. They're typically $200-$300. More expensive, but also small and portable would be an Apple MacBook Air.
