Help!! Cannot upload files.

It seems I can no longer upload attachments. It started off having to click on upload files two or three times and has gotten progressively worse, to the point that I have been unable to upload a file at all today. I tried from a clean start several times and when I had the file selected clicked on the "upload files" button but nothing happened. Any suggestions?
