Alpha-numeric LED 16-segment display and a BASIC Stamp with a Board of Education.

I have a 16 segment Alphanumeric display that I want to use with my BS2 and BOE. The only problem is, I want to make a variable for each letter and number. I do not have enough EPROM space to handle all of this. I was wondering, could I de-solder my EPROM on my stamp, and upgrade it to a bigger one?

    No.
    You could use a separate I2C-based EEPROM though.
