Weird 7 Segment Display (more like 16 segment)

I have a bunch of these displays. The weird thing is that instead of a bunch of + in pins and one common cathode, there is a common anode, with a bunch of cathodes. It is kinda hard to explain, so here is a wiring diagram (sorry it's in German)

Does anyone know a way, that I can wire these up to my BS2? Thanks in advance

If you just want to check one out - the CA goes to 5V, each segment cathode goes to a resistor (470Ω), and each resistor connects to an OUTPUT pin. Making the OUTPUT low turns the segment On and making the OUTPUT high turns the segment Off.

Nutin' weird about Common Anode. It's usually an option when choosing LED devices. CA or CC. See that all the time.
