Chips to run at 0.4V !!!

Here is an article where Fujitsu & SuVolta have a process where SRAM will work at 0.4V. This has been the problem for reducing chips below 1V.

Thats a whopping 60% power reduction from the best chips now.
Think I had better start saving those smelly oily rags because they will be powering tomorrows products soon.
(Just in case... over here in Oz its often said... this car will run on the smell of an oily rag).
