Install the Propeller tool on an USB memory stick?

Hi!
Is it possible to install the Propeller tool on an USB memory stick? I want to use it on a computer where I don’t have permission to install software.

    The Propeller Tool itself could be installed on a memory stick. The problem is the USB driver. The default USB to serial driver in Windows won't work for programming and there's no guarantee that there's a manufacturer's driver installed that will work for whatever USB to serial adapter you're using.

    If you have had any experience with Linux you could use a LiveCD.

    I have had great success with "Tiny Core Linux" and "Brads Spin Tool"

    You can boot from a liveCD and keep your work on the USB stick.

    The USB serial driver from that distribution will work with the prop plug.

    Copy the "Propeller Library" to your USB stick and your good to go on just about and PC.

    on newer computers that can boot from USB you could put everything in your memory stick
