4 IR sensors on the Bobot for maze detection

I was wondering has any one put 4 IR's on the Bobot and if you have what was the best way you found to lay them out as to prevent them from interfering with each other. also i would like for the angle of the front IR's to change without any contact (so im thinking servos). this is because i need the IR's to detect distance in front of them at the beginning of the challenge and be able to detect the edge of a table by the end of the challenge. if this is doable without changing the angle then do tell but im not sure how to do it my self.
