PropBASIC & ViewPort - Library files location?

Anyone know where ViewPort looks for PropBASIC library (LOAD) files? Do they have to be in the same folder as the top/master file?

    OK, discovered that I can specify the full path, so this works just fine: 
    LOAD "C:\MyLibs\delays.pbas"
    YAY :)
