What are these ICs?

Hi all -

While I was cleaning up my bench some today and organizing my "Sensors Box" I found these 8 pin dips that I can't remember what they are.

I am pretty sure I bought them from the Parallax store but can't be positive. The print appears to be ©QT1 08076UE.G and I think it's a touch sensor. I think.

Anybody got a link to a data sheet? I can't seem to find one in the usual locations.

Thanks in advance,

Paul

I'm sure you are right there with touch sensor, Heres a link to a datasheet which i think is of that family:

    It's a QT113-G touch sensor. The "13-G" is a suffix to the imprinted "QT1".

Thanks you guys. skylight - I saw that data sheet but couldn't make the imprint match up so wasn't sure. Phil - thanks - now I see it perfectly!

Whew. NOW... what to do with them? LOL

Up until 2 years ago I kept all broken electronic devices I found, or had broken myself, for scrap. I just got back into the habit to scrap some IC's I think I can use for a project. Stuff like a hologram module from a DVD-Burner might come in handy some day, and I don't think I can have to many motors. Once I get the scrapped component working, I buy a couple new that usually end up never getting used.
