These guys made these costumes at work! Everyone loves carbon fiber. Il fibre de carbone. How long before Parallax springs for an autoclave and lays up custom carbon fiber parts for Darth Eddie?

Even a robot arm made from off-the-shelf carbon fiber tubes would be awesome. Matt?

    Carbon fiber is probably better material than Lucas used when they filmed the movies.

    BTW Anyone else like the Chad Vader YouTube series?

    @Martin_H: I've watched several of the Chad Vader episodes, and they are pretty funny. I also like the "Troopers" series, though it's set in an "alternate star wars universe" (if such a thing could exist).
