Well one Penguin anyhow. Percival arrived today... in spite of another UPS foul up. He seems to have survived the trip in good order... a couple of loose screws and an IR led pointed off in some odd direction.
I ran the example programs and everything seems to work. Not correctly, but close.
The servos need to be tweaked a bit and I think we'll good to go.

Congrats on getting a new Penguin! They make great members of the household. Sometimes they are like a Chameleon, i.e. one eye will wander off in the other direction. In one project, the photo eye was bent over to view the power LED intensity and a program calculated the battery level. The story is in Penguin Tech.

We all have a couple of loose screws around here! Glad you're not holding that against Percival.
    Congrats on your new buddy!

*Smile* Oh no... he fits right in! The neighbors have about gotten used to seeing the odd tank or r/c truck careening down the hallway.
Percy hasn't done the "Happy Dance" yet, but I think he's practicing when I'm not looking. ;-)

Did a bit of disassembly this morning to adjust the servo horns, then followed up with the Servo center and calibration routines. The autonomous nav with light seeking seems to work okay. He keeps heading for the balcony door.
Going to try to calibrate the compass... if I can find my trusty Brunton. :-|
