DEMO: Flash Cards

Ok, so my nine year old is getting into her multiplication tables and tonight after dinner, we were doing the flash card thing.... Only to my discovery, my five year old was (in her own version of sign language) telling my nine year old what the answers are since they are printed opposite of the flash card.

I started out this evening after the girls had gone to bed at about 10pm, and this is what I have a few hours later.
4 common resistors (1K , 470 Ohm X2, 330 Ohm) <-- Colors adjusted in software for the "non standard for video" resistor selection.
1 cannibalized male RCA plug
1 9V battery and battery clip
and a P8X32A QuickStart board
...Ohh and a TV you can connect to :-)
