Can i move robot using pc?

Hi, i want to learn if Basic Stamp have a program (or i can make one) that let me move servos pressing keyboard buttons or something similar.

For example, i want to make by boe-bot moving forward pressing 'W' when i have my robot connected with computer.

I hope i am clear about my question, cause its my first time at forums .
