...Where would we be today without it?

I really thought "where we're going, we don't need roads" would already be here by now, but honestly I'd be perfectly happy with a HoverBoard and/or my own Mr. Fusion. :-)

It's funny (or sad rather) that their is no mention to Doc Brown or BTF in the description to the house! I guess it being an architectural milestone, they consider it above that sci-fi stuff...or so they think.

I would have loved to be a trick or treater to the house all dressed up in a Doc Brown get-up ranting about the future and lack of candy!

They don't make a big deal about it on the main site for the house (www.gamblehouse.org) but they do mention it on the tour.

Only the exteriors were used for filming. The interior is considered too fragile and from I understand no films are allowed to be made inside. I'm pretty sure the hours are 9-5, so they'd be closed in time for trick or treat! The Doc Brown interiors were shot in another Craftsman style house in Pasadena, which was being slowly dismantled.

Marty's house still exists (though it's since been remodeled), and the Burger King is still alive and well on Victory Blvd in Burbank.

Discovery? Methinks NOT. Invention, yes. Hollywood is chock full of inventions.

Today's Sunday edition of the "Taipei Times" offered up an interesting quotation.

"One of the toughest things in any science, but especially in neurosciences, is to weed out the ideas that are really pleasing but unencombered by truth." -- Thomas Carew, former president of the Society for Neuroscience and dean of the New York University School of Arts.

We certainly see our share of Hollywood inventions perceived as real science these days. While I love good fantasy, I enjoy real discovery more so. Nothing awakens the mind like a good epiphany.

Come to the big city and see transports that seem to rise up high in the sky elevated on mag lev rails above the rest of the world... It does seem like we got other bonuses instead - development of the internet and computers, humanoid robots that can walk, antimatter, 3D TVs (without glasses), the very first transporter of a particle, a faster than light particle, a rock from Mars with life inside, a greater understanding of the Universe (Quarks, Black Holes, Gravity Lenses, Expansionism, Dark Matter, Bubbles, EOU Boundaries), Time Travel, Machines taking on intelligence, invisibility suits, Robotic Exoskeletons that enable the paralyzed to walk, artificial arms and hands, the ability to control things by pure thought, a machine that can sense the human brain and make a picture of what you are thinking, sensors to enable the blind to see and the deaf to hear... and the big two (BASIC Stamp and Propeller).

I have what you need, and it can even use the propeller chip as the core control.
But I can't reveal more information here, someone might actually take me seriously, and then I could potentially be stopped.

Lets just say that the array ability of multiple propeller chips, with multiple outputs on a single clock was exactly what I needed. And it just so happened that I found a way to connect the prop chips to gain this ability one day back in 07-31-2010

Which was refined in this thread.

How does this relate to the flux capacitor? I can't reveal that information here as there are patent thieves that troll these forums for ideas. I do not patent my ideas for that very reason, and for the reason that we all know this technology has already been developed, but you never see it. This is because the inventors try to patent it, get denied, then get killed, and all their material gets confiscated by men on black helo's. To safeguard my own ideas and life, I have destroyed any material on paper, as I have the information in my head now, this guarantees my survival, as the information needed is not in any complete form in physical presence.

Really im just waiting for the right company to employ me, I then evaluate the companies I work for, under the guise of being a "tech" or "electronic layout engineer" once I determine the motives and morals of those in control of said company, I make a move to either leave or farther evaluate said company for relavations of inventions based on my technology. I have found that with only a few advanced technology inventions most companies over step their authority thinking I am some chump who was just lucky with a one off idea. I am still looking for the right company. ;)

Oh, and for the record, I am joking, I am nobody, with nothing, I am really dumb, I have no inventions, no skills, nothing to see here, move along, and stuff like that.
