Microsoft Robotics Studio for Boe-Bot with USB connection / Microsoft Visual C++ 2010

I'm still new to robotics. I have a Boe-Bot with USB port connection since January this year. I wish to have easyBluetooth, but due to financial capacity, I want to save my money first.
At the moment, I have installed Microsoft Robotics Studio/Visual Programming Language. Can we use this software to control Boe-Bot using USB connection?
How about Microsoft Visual C++ 2010?
