Quickstart Reflex ?
DIY POV - I couldn't see the 'pov' part of it. Maybe my 'speed' was too slow.
Connect Four - ?
Touch Buttons Demo -
Snake - haven't tried it yet
MatchIt - I still can not get a very high score; need to check out my 'touchpad' routine for any bug(s). I like this one, of course.
Simon - haven't tried it yet
Cogs of War - haven't tried it yet
Hope to get to them Sunday.
Quickstart Reflex - runs too fast; on runs once, required reload to RAM....................................................................................2 of 10
DIY POV - I couldn't see the 'pov' part of it. Did note some pattern with dots and lines?...........................................................4 of 10 for attempt
Connect Four - not too hard to play................................................................................................................................................4 of 10
Touch Buttons Demo - sequencing of LEDs. Erratic at times; had to reload to RAM..............................................................3 of 10
Snake - couldn't get it to run (unless I was expecting something else. Don't have enough time to figure out problem.........2 of 10
MatchIt - not easy to get a very high score (like > 10). Need to improve my 'touchpad' routine.. I like this one, of course....5 of 10
Simon - difficult for me to recall sequence and to hit the proper pads. But a nice implementation..........................................6 of 10
Cogs of War - this one gets 'stuck' for some reason. No time to debug.......................................................................................4 of 10

When will the tally for QS Smile games be posted?
Great contest! I'm pleased that several contributed to the idea!

I anticipated that more prople bought at least one QuickStart board. If they did, guess not many had time to have fun and work on a game. I learned a few things doing MatchIt I'd not run into before; so was additionally educational.
Snake is the winner with Connect Four a close second!
I've updated the original thread with a full list of games/links/instructions.

Unfortunately the Quickstart board I ordered did no arrive in time to vote as well.
Ok, what's next? Shall I add more comments? Documentation? Lessons for beginners? The bug-quest (remember, there are still minor bugs in it)? Some more lessons to extend it with levels? Some advice to use TV or VGA instead?
Serious, if there is some interest, I'd propably spend some more hours for something like that.
By the way ... what are the current highscores? Did someone use up all 499 possible snake-pieces?
I would like to invite everyone who participated to spruce up their entry message with detailed instructions where valid, etc.
It would be ideal to create a perfect Quickstart samples thread from this contest.

The txt file shows a slightly more complex hierachy with the objects and main file compared to the other games so do I have to make sure certain files go into seperate sub folders or something like that?
As you can read i'm slightly confused and probably am missing something very obvious here, please could someone point me into the right direction as to how the files are loaded, is there an order to how you load them perhaps?
The problem is that the bitrate you set in PST does not match with the bitrate set in snake. Maybe you can find it by yourself? It's all written in the code;o)
edit-after much searching I found the rate of 57600 in the CogOS IO(Term) Tab under kb.start
Once again thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
