Hi, anyone has any idea about the weight of mitsumi 12v stepper motor (M42SP-5)? i can't find it on its spec sheet/or on google.

    Try asking Mistumi. If they don't want to reply, try telling them you want to buy 25,000, but need a quotation with shipping weight included.

    I didn't realize this was a Parallax product. You might send an email to Parallax's customer service to get someone to actually weigh one. It seems that Mitsumi doesn't list the weight. And even more oddly, stepper motors are listed at their site under telephone products - go figure.

    Thats how a touch tone phone works, they use a stepper to turn the rotary dial.
