PuppyProp Solo module with MOSFET drivers

I have a whole range of compatible modules I use in my products and for prototyping. Some of these include Prop CPU modules, H-bridge drivers, solenoid drivers, Microsteppers, Analog, Wireless etc (you get the picture).
Sometimes I don't want anything more than one module but I still need to drive some power devices etc. What I did was combine the Prop into a module along with some of this stuff.
It includes:
* Propeller + 32K EEPROM + 10MHz crystal
* 4x 40V 6A MOSFET open-drain drivers
* 4x 220 ohm limited I/O with 10K pullups for external switches and/or leds.
* 8x 220 ohm limited I/O for general-purpose use (can also drive leds and optos directly)
* I2C bus
* 2 general purpose I/O (no protection)
* MicroSD socket (on bottom)
* Prop plug compatible connection
* On-board regulator
* 1.8" x 0.78" basic size, side stackable
I have only just designed this little module but I will have pcbs in just over a week. I know there are a lot of modules out there (actually in the forum) but mine are all part of commercial products that I may make available if there's some interest. This Solo module was designed for a product where I also use two of my L6470 microstepper modules driving some large steppers. I think that I will add a microSD connector to the bottom of the PCB before I commit this to manufacture. (done!)

I've got this module designed into a motherboard now with two other modules (steppers) for a labeling machine. The motherboard is designed to be a "printed circuit connector" in that all the active components plug into it and other connections can be hardwired permanently to the the MB rather than the usual (and redundant) plug, terminated pins, and sockets etc which are a source of troublesome connections. Other than some passive components and one of my switch-mode regulator modules the MB is about as dumb as a board can get and I expect it would rarely if ever need replacing, hence the permanent wiring.
Ale, these are actual dual channel N MOSFETs, not drivers. The part number is SI4906DY.
BTW, there are so many audio class-D amp chips on the market now and easy to use. What power rating are you looking for and is the 400kHz the frequency you are looking at amplifying or the switching frequency?
PuppyProp? I like the name as well.
The compatible modules I would consider selling to name a few are:
P1107 PuppyProp CPU - Prop + 12-ADC/DACs + RTC + DATAFLASH + MicroSD
P1108 - LPC2148 ARM piggyback companion for PuppyProp
P1109 PuppyProp Solo - Prop + MicroSD + Quad 6A open-drain drive + 12 conditioned I/O
PF407 PuppyF4 - STM32F407 ARM Cortex M4 (Ethernet, USB OTG, CAN, MP3, Camera I/F)
PSM6470 - 3A rms per winding 128-step Microstepper motion engine (6A rms total) (best stepper of all)
PHB4208 - Quad half-bridge >6A 40V (follows state of I/O pin including floating)
PIO4307 - Quad open-drain driver 6A 40V
P1121 - PuppyProp Solo motherboard with sockets for PSM6470 stepper modules
PM1130 WLAN (802.11b)
PM1131 Bluetooth class 1 audio and data
PM1112 Quad 0-10V analog out + WM8750 codec
PM1113 RS-485 and CAN bus
Various LCD serial and multifunction backpacks
P1147 Pixie - VGA + RS422/485/232 + FT232 + SMPS (in a headshell that plugs straight into the back of a monitor)
SM5010 - 5V 1A switch-mode module 50V max input (70V max option) - 0.79" x 0.46"
PL2 - FT232 PropPlug compatible module 1.1" x 0.45" with Micro USB connector
There are plenty of other products I need to sort through and some are restricted market but I could modify and repackage them for the general market.
thanks!!
