How to make a device that measures the force of a punch?

Hello, for the school i need to make a device that can measure the power of a punch , like i punch it and then it gives me the power of my punch ,if someone have done a project like this please help me , tell me what sensors i can use and where i put the sensor , in a box glove or in punching bag or something like this , thanks
