display characters on matrix orbital LK162 with BS2

hello guys
i have a matrix orbital LCd " LK162"
i am trying to diplay characters on it. i am connecting using TTL
can someone tell me where to start

    Have you read the documentation for the display? It should describe each of the control characters or control sequences that the display uses. What have you tried so far? Remember that the display probably needs some time to finish initializing itself and you can't send it any characters until it's done.

    I spoke with you yesterday on this and the model of your LCD does not match the documentation for it. Matrix Orbital Displays have solder jumpers that must be set to use the interface you choose. By default I believe most of them are set to RS-232. If you could take a picture of the back of the display that may help since the pictures in the documentation do not match what you have.
