Use "tab" key to move focus

Hello,
I've noticed that since the forum upgrade a few days ago I have not been able to use the tab key to move from the editor box to the post quick reply button. This functionality worked before the upgrade. While it is merely an annoyance to me, it does break accessibility for those who rely on that functionality.
