Propeller Tool 1.3 - Help Menu, Manuals Grayed Out

Just installed the version 1.3 tool. Under the Help menu item the various manuals are gray.

The various PDFs are in the installed tool directory. What is needed to allow access to those PDFs from the tool help menu?

    Problem solved. I was running the tool from another directory. I just installed a shortcut on the desktop and the tool now finds the manuals and the Parallax Serial Terminal.
