Hi,
Chuck Taylor has noticed two bugs in the SPIN_TrigPack object in OBEX. Thanks Chuck. The corrected and somewhat streamlined code is now available:
http://obex.parallax.com/objects/501/
(Fixed-point math with trig functions inSPIN)
The BUST Non Randomness object uses heavily the SPIN_TrigPack, so it is updated too:

Thanks for the heads up Istvan! Your contributions to the OBEX are greatly appreciated!
Did you receive your uM-FPU64 yet? That looks like a great chip.

Jim
Cam Thompson has posted 2 pieces of umFPU64, DIP28, to me (Thank you Cam). They will arrive in one week time, I hope. Beside the making of the new drivers (SPI, I2C for the FPU64), the drivers of the FPU v3.1 are well worth the effort of upgrading. With the new drivers a simple, easy to use, fast and precise general FFT object for arbitrary size data or a GPS parser with built in navigational routine library, including for example the WMM2010 World Magnetic Model, are planned.
Cheers,
Istvan
