Code is attached. It's just the W5100 web server, plus a very simple html trick for controlling things with. 
The trick is the ButtonChar function and the ExecuteCommand, which just takes the first character of the address for the GET request and uses it to do things with.
Again this is super basic but it works and has very little overhead.
