Boe-Bot Remote Control Software

I have to use the Bluetooth module for a test, I downloaded the Boe-Bot remote control software and installed it on my computer. When I try to open the software it doesn't open. I have tried to reinstall, restart my computer and don't know what else I can do. Anyone have any ideas?
