Before reading the OP's brief description, I was aghast when I saw the title of this thread. I mean, why you you waste good beer on a machine that drinks? How would it even know if you gave it water instead?

There are primary taste groups which the human tongue and olfactory nerves can detect and discern. Basics include sugar, salt, bitter and sour. Depending on the type of beer poured into the machine, it would need to process a mixture of these basic taste groups. If a liquid with a higher viscosity is chosen over beer, a salivation system could be added to help ingest the quantity.

funny, I never tought about something like that lol but it will be only beer or vodka orange juice ... I dont really think that a liquid with more viscosity could be chugable... we can put whiskey in but... probably people will die... thats not really funny.

Why on earth would anybody bother to make a beer-drinking machine when there are already so many beer-drinking slaves willing to do it for free?

I once was a beer drinking machine. I could have used an ATM interface then, but I stopped.
