Seeking: 4 x 4 high-rel, weatherproof keypad

Does anyone have a preferred source for a good, preferably metal-keyed, weatherproof 4 x 4 keypad? I have an application that will be sitting out in hot summer sun & cold winter snow, and will be fingerboned by people who on average will not be particularly pleased that they have to punch a code to access something... so I need this to be able to take some abuse! :-) Any good links appreciated.

Doesn't need to be encoded, but not a problem if it is. Just 8 leads direct from the matrix, or 4 bit binary, or serial... all OK.
