Possible goof in Propeller Educaton Kit Labs: Fundamentals, V 1.1 and 1.2

There is a potential point of misunderstanding in figure 7.2 of the counters chapter wherein the schematic shows the RC combination and I/O pin appearing connect to Vc. Unfortunately I noticed it after recommending the section on another thread on the propeller forum.
I don't know if this Vc connection is a test point or a connection to another voltage. Minor issue, but could cause confusion. Having done this for a time, I would err on test point, newer users may not, especially if other problems are encountered.
The appearance of a connection should be removed or symbol changed if it is a test point rather than a connection.
