Is it possible to save data on the pc instead of the boebot EEPROM?

    Yes

    Have a look at StampPlot Pro and PLX-DAQ near the bottom of this webpage. You will need a serial connection between the BoeBot and the PC while you are saving data. This could be done wirelessly using something like an xBee, but there are no ready examples of this.
