Baking P8X32A-Q44

Is it advisable to bake the Prop1 before use if they are stored for quite a while? (> 3 months). The weather here is generally very humid so we do have dehumidifier over at the component storage section but I'm not sure it is also better to bake it as well?

It's advisable if it is going to be reflow-soldered.

Thanks Leon. Yes, it is. May I know what is the recommended temperature/time? I don't see it in the datasheet.

Altera recommends 12 hours at 125C for their QFP parts:

Thanks a lot Leon. The temperature seems OK for Prop1 but I'm not so sure about the time, though.

It can take some time to remove all the moisture from the plastic.

We use JEDEC standards which is 125C for 24 hours for all MSL2+ components, unless otherwise declared in the datasheet or application note from the manufacturer.
