Hi

Does somebody know a easy way but a professional way to swtch PAL video (coax 75 Ohm) from one souce to the other with a propeller? I can do it with a relay but I find that not so professional and good.
I have two camera's and one monitor. I neet to alternate the two camera's for 10 sec on the same screen.

Is thier a specific way??

thanks for any advice.

The relay method would probably be as good as you'll get. The two video sources will probably be free running so that although their frame and line rates will be close to each other they will not be exactly the same. Then there is the phase of the pictures to each other. Their line and frame syncs will be at diferent times and cause the monitors picture to glitch on the change overs.

To get around this either the cameras will have to be locked to each other, or a reference source. You might be able to find a box that has input syncronizers, everything is so much more easily available these days.
