Here are my Parallax component and symbol libraries for DesignSpark, they only have the 40DIL Propeller. You should be able to use the component by adding my library files to your libraries folder. The 40DIL footprint in the standard ic.psl library is used.
You should learn to create your own library components.
From advertisement (I didn't checked the software yet), DesignSpark can import Eagle libraries ... so you could try to import Eagle Libs for Propeller (there were on this forum libs for QFP and DIP packages).

Yes, I agree I will need to learn to create my own. For now, I'm trying to avoid learing everything at once - and I have a project I'd like to get boards sent out for. Thanks for the file.
BTW, how do you like DesignSpark? Would you choose it over KiCAD (or Eagle) if you had to choose again today?
DesignSpark is fine for simple designs, but lacks a lot of the features I'm used to. I just tried it out of curiosity. It's much easier to use than KiCAD and Eagle
I use Pulsonix, which is produced by the same company, and starts at $2,000.
I used DesignSpark to import Eagle Propeller library. Attached to this post resulting lib having schematics+pcb models for all 3 packages of propeller.
