Stingray Food Serving Robot (SFSR)

I built this robot to serve food. I reconfigured the mounting positions of the elecronics so that I don't have to unscrew 16 screws with the included allen wrench!!!!!!!:frown:... My reconfigurations have stopped me from using the handles. I mounted them on the front to serve as bumpers. The serving plate is glued to a servo horn. I bored a hole in the center for the screw to enter. I used screwdrivers instead of a drill because a drill would have cracked the plate in half. I will post the code in the first reply to this thread do to the file limit of the thread.

Are the black things labeled Gigaware on top speakers? Is it following the line on the floor, or was that a coincidental?

Phil, I'm sure Bowser would love if you brought home a dog!

Yes, those are speakers. No, SFSR is not following the line. The line was a visual guide for me to see if the robot is going straight.

Do you use any kind of line following for the blue tape ?

No, the SFSR is not following the line... The line is there for a visual guide for me to check that the SFSR is driving straight. I will look into Line folowing capabilities.

I am in the process of creating a version II of the SFSR. I will post a new thread in about a week to a week and a half, depending on how smoothly things go. I will post the new post in the Robotics forum.
