Help with lost data

Hi everyone! I am currently working with a prop to interface two devices together. I am not too familiar with SPIN so I am struggling to figure out where my incoming data is being lost. Does anyone know what would possibly keep data from getting back to the prop from one of the devices? It is using a full duplex sio and I am simply not seeing anything coming back in when looking for data using rxpeek. Could it be because the rx is being blocked somehow in one of the cogs? I am at a loss for ideas of what is wrong or if it is being lost in a cog that I can't access so I am hoping someone can help me find the solution!
