Added two files to the Google repository.
HTTPServerMinimal.spin (4611 longs)
HTTPServerBase.spin (2482 longs)
SD card access is removed from HTTPServerMinimal.
HTTPServerBase contains only the code required for multiple TCP (or UDP) sockets. It's akin to the original demo code.
