Ted Update
Hey All...
The dust has about settled from the big move and I've started getting back to my 'bots.
Most of my attention has gone into Ted. From previous pictures you can see the wider, longer chassis. Swapped the HomeWork board for a BOE. Building a bracket to sling the 9.6 volt battery under the chassis. Running on a 4-AA pack for the moment.
I wanted to do another test to see if the longer track might increase his ability to move stuff around. I took my PE Kit box (sled) and piled some books on it to see he could do.

The stack in the photo weighs in at about 10 pounds and he was able to shove it across the apartment without too much problem. Not real fast, but steady. Ted tips the scales at 1 pound 5 ounces.
I'll get a video a bit later.

Nope... just the Prop PE Kit box. It's pretty smooth, but he couldn't have moved this load before. He struggles and I'm not sure he could handle as much more as a comic book on top.
Not surprising. Some of the darker "comic noir" these days are pretty heavy reading!
