Need advise on finding a p-mosfet match for my n-mosfet

These mosfets are for a cd-rom motor with hall sensors wound in the "star" configuration.

Is FDC640p (p type) a good match for the FDC637an? If not, will you please point out why the p mosfet isn't, and I will do more research.
