no time for projects

I haven't had much time for projects lately.Though last I tried was stumped on all of them.I've been very busy repairing the house Im buying.The house isn't very old 22yrs.It's got (had) a rotted sill plate.I'll be done here in another week or so, then back to trying.Just a FYI for those who actually tried to help me.
