You don't need any resistors between the SpinStamp outputs and the TSL230's inputs.
You should use a 3.3kΩ resistor between the TSL230 output (its pin_6) and the SpinStamp input.
(I prefer using a voltage divider to avoid the "over-taxing the Propeller clamping diodes dilemma" altogether, but that requires two resistors, or a pot (mon dieu!), and that's asking a lot around here sometimes.)
