As my title says, I need to find out what aspect ratio is considered difficult to manufacture? I have a prokan board need to be tested. It is still on the testing phase. I only need 2 pcs of them and would like to find a manufacturer for prototypes to make. However, I was told the aspect ratio was difficult and only a few can make them in Asia and a few more in Europe or in the states. The price coming from Japan and the states are almost 1.6 times more than the price was offered in Asia. Does anyone know what the price should be and any suggestion of who can print this kind board? It is 25L with 168mil for thickness and 6.3mil for drill hole. The aspect ratio is somewhere around 27. Please share your information, as I heard a few pcb online shop claim that they can do it such as pcbbest pcbfinpo pcb-proto...any comments? Anyone used them before for such a board?

6.3 mil is very small for the holes, I make it 0.16 mm which I think means laser drilling. 0.3 mm is the usual lower limit on standard boards.
